Asante Foundation needed both an art director and production designer to develop and build high-profile print materials supporting multiple concurrent campaigns.
Since 2012, I’ve worked with Green Drop to grow their brand identity, implement new initiatives and build new tools.
I met Farhad in 2012 and we have since completed many other projects together, from branding the exterior of both his locations via paint and signage, to restructuring the Green Drop customer model to a subscription based, monthly-recurring-revenue model.
The idea: Shop staff were spending a lot of time on the phone with customers talking them through available options when ordering new tires. Good news though! The shop’s tire vendor offers an API for real-time inventory search and live ordering. I was asked to leverage this API to create a custom shopping cart and ordering system powered by live inventory queried just-in-time for every tire size search.
The Idea: A technology association needed a system to provide an email forwarding service. Email sent to members at the association’s domain would be forwarded to their personal email address. The catch was that the association did not want to configure a forwarding service every time a member joined or left. Members also needed a dead-simple way to manage their own forwarding preferences
The Idea: The site owner needed to launch an online payment solution that allowed them to send simple links to clients to pay for services rendered. We could not use a standard shopping cart, since the amount due is not fixed and payment plans are negotiated per client.
The Idea: Your logo is the visual summary of your company and its brand. More than nice shapes and words, a logo should encapsulate the values and customer expectations of your brand.
The Idea: Travis needed client-facing messaging to help customers understand the process of his new after hours dropoff and pickup options.
The Idea: D’Ewart Representatives is a non-stocking manufacturers’ representative agency. They needed a custom Manufacturers’ Finder that could be filtered on multiple facets as well as dynamically display site posts relevant to the selected criteria.
The idea: Green Drop Garage engaged me over a period of 12 months to help launch a new business model of automotive service and repair—Car Repair as a Service. At the end of our 1-year piolt program, the churn rate was higher than we wanted it to be. We needed to create and deploy targeted onboarding schedules.
The Idea: Asante Foundation asked me to redesign their donor investment opportunity materials. They needed a form factor that allowed each package to be customized to the interests of a prospect, but would also benefit from the cost savings of printing in quantity.
The Idea: Farhad knew the Green Drop brand identity did not accurately reflect its commitment to simplicity, approachability, and consumer confidence. The logo was cluttered. Their website was not easily navigated and lacked tools to easily book an oil change online or complete e-commerce transactions. The only thing we needed to do was everything.
The idea: After Green Drop Garage expanded to a second location, it was clear that both locations needed some serious exterior work. Farhad wanted to stamp his brand on each location, but was unsure of how to accomplish this due to the unique nature of the buildings.
The Idea: The staff at Atomic Auto were spending a lot of time on the phone answering the same questions over again. Travis wanted a phone tree to guide callers before his shop phones rang, but needed to keep using his existing Google Voice number.
The Idea: Asante Foundation needed a logo, marketing pieces and event signage designed for their first annual Run With Heart fun run.
The Idea: Upgrading subscription plans requires agreement to specific terms of service, collection of an e-signature, and confirmation email sent to the customer and shop managers.
The Idea: A tenant’s-rights lawyer was daily running a search for Tenant/Landlord cases and was copy/pasting the case information into a spreadsheet which was subsequently used to mail merge advertisement letters to the defendants. My client needed a more efficient way to collect this information.
The Idea: This client needed to receive very large file submissions from their users directly into an S3 bucket. It was also important that this functionality be added to their existing Gravity Forms data collection process. A 2-stage form was not an option—both steps needed to happen via a single form submission.
